Katarzyna Stasiak is a manager with more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and the execution of transformation programmes within large corporate groups operating across the industrial, chemical, defence and pharmaceutical sectors. Her expertise encompasses change management, corporate governance oversight, process integration, digital transformation, and sustainable value creation through the alignment of strategy, technology and operational excellence.

In 2024–2025, she served as Vice President of the Management Board and Acting President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A., where she was responsible, inter alia, for the delivery of financial and operational performance targets, oversight of corporate functions, risk management, ICT management, ESG matters, and engagement with key stakeholders. She represented the Company before shareholders, business partners and public institutions.

She brings extensive experience in managing IT functions, information security and technical infrastructure, as well as in leading large-scale capital investment projects and ERP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA, executed in international environments.
