An accomplished executive specialising in corporate strategy, effective business transformation and sustainable development. He brings extensive international experience across the mobility sector, passenger aviation and rail transport, logistics, as well as the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

He combines strategic vision with disciplined execution of initiatives in Poland and international markets.

He has been one of the architects of landmark strategic and transformation projects, including at PKP Intercity (implementation of the Pendolino programme), LOT Polish Airlines (corporate growth strategy), Qatar Airways (premium segment service strategy), Ukrainian Railways (commercial and customer experience strategy), Fiege GmbH, and Adamed Pharma S.A.

In recent years, as both a leader and investor in Venture Capital funds, he has successfully built high-performing, engaged teams, established durable stakeholder relationships, and supported innovative business and social ventures. He has an impressive track record of delivering complex, cross-organisational projects across multiple industries, with a combined value of EUR 12–18 billion.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing – Strategic Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed postgraduate studies in Sustainable Business Models in an Economy Delivering UN ESG Goals at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School – Executive Education. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology at SWPS University.

Professional experience:

2024 - 2025 Poczta Polska S.A. Director of the Strategy Department responsible, inter alia, for a new operating model of key areas of business transformation, transforming the retail network, and developing a partnership model within a network-based operating framework with key strategic partners.

2012 - Present DSMC – Strategic Advisory - Founder and Senior Business Consultant responsible for the design, advisory and implementation of commercial transformation projects, pricing strategies, sales and product strategies. Strategic advisor to the founder and co-owner of Adamed Pharma S.A.

2020 - 2022 ADAMED PHARMA S.A. - Member of the Management Board for Innovative Business Projects responsible, inter alia, for establishing the foundations of a sustainability-driven business strategy for the pharmaceutical sector aligned with global UN ESG/SDG objectives and modelling supply chain resilience scenarios for chemical raw materials in a regulated, high-margin environment, and for implementing integrated process and enterprise risk management frameworks.

2019 - 2020 Ukrainian Railways - Member of the Management Board for Passenger Transport responsible for the development and implementation of the passenger transport commercial strategy, organisational management and financial performance. Led comprehensive restructuring and the redefinition of all key business processes, including product development, pricing policy, sales, marketing and distribution, as well as customer experience and value chain.

2017 - 2018 Kenya Airways - Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer for Commercial Strategy, responsible, inter alia, for developing an innovative commercial transformation strategy covering product design, route network, pricing strategy, and alliance and joint venture cooperation frameworks.

2015 - 2016 LOT Polish Airlines - Acting Chief Executive Officer responsible, inter alia, for overall organisational leadership and the development and preparation of the business growth strategy implementation plan; Member of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs overseeing commercial operations, financial and business performance, restructuring initiatives, redefinition of core business and commercial processes (product, pricing policy, sales, marketing and distribution), digital transformation, and strategic partnerships in Poland and internationally.

2014 - 2015 PKP Intercity - Chief Executive Officer responsible for supervising and managing continuous business development and preparing the corporate growth and customer service strategy. Co-author of the comprehensive “Pendolino 2015” implementation programme in Poland.

Wojciech Kozak is a professional manager with more than 30 years of experience in the chemical and energy sectors, including administering production, power generation, and energy commodity procurement.

He holds a Master of Engineering degree from the Lublin University of Technology as well as graduating from an industrial energy auditing programme at the Silesian University of Technology.

He completed Harvard Business Review’s course on modern leadership development.

Katarzyna Stasiak is a manager with more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and the execution of transformation programmes within large corporate groups operating across the industrial, chemical, defence and pharmaceutical sectors. Her expertise encompasses change management, corporate governance oversight, process integration, digital transformation, and sustainable value creation through the alignment of strategy, technology and operational excellence.

In 2024–2025, she served as Vice President of the Management Board and Acting President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A., where she was responsible, inter alia, for the delivery of financial and operational performance targets, oversight of corporate functions, risk management, ICT management, ESG matters, and engagement with key stakeholders. She represented the Company before shareholders, business partners and public institutions.

She brings extensive experience in managing IT functions, information security and technical infrastructure, as well as in leading large-scale capital investment projects and ERP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA, executed in international environments. She has directed strategically significant programmes for corporate groups, encompassing comprehensive business process transformation, digital transformation and organisational integration. She has worked closely with leading international consulting and technology firms, including Capgemini and Hicron, delivering projects in Poland and internationally.
