With 20 years of experience in the chemical and fertilizer industries, Hubert Kamola has gained international expertise in trading, logistics, and strategic raw materials. For many years, he has contributed to shaping regulations on trade protection instruments at the European level, initiating numerous pivotal solutions for the sector.

He holds a higher education degree, having graduated from the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Management) and the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw (Faculty of Management), with a major in business management. Additionally, he holds an MBA degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and has participated in numerous courses and training sessions covering areas such as company valuation, due diligence, value building, and negotiation. Holder of the Minister of State Treasury’s diploma for candidates for Supervisory Boards.

Professional experience:

On 12 April 2024, Mr Kamola was appointed as Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. and on the same date was also temporarily delegated by the Supervisory Board to act as President of the Company’s Management Board. He is responsible, among other things, for managing the Company’s production and sales activities (including sales of the Fertilizers segment within the Grupa Azoty Group’s sales activities), procurement, management control, finance, ESG, audit, logistics process management, ownership oversight and corporate governance, HR policy, and trade union relations, including communication with the Employee Council.

February 2024 Grupa Azoty S.A.: Chair of the Supervisory Board, in March 2024 delegated to act as Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. Responsible for production and sales management in Agro and Chemicals (including organic and inorganic chemicals), marketing of Agro and Chemical products, market protection, and procurement (including purchases of strategic raw materials).

2021–2024: Head of the Fertilizer Department (also engaged in M&A activities) at PUH Chemirol Sp. z o.o., Poland’s largest provider of integrated agricultural services.

2020–2021: Business Development Director at Kronospan, project to integrate marine terminal,
logistics and raw materials (urea melamine, methanol, phenol) for Europe’s largest manufacturer of wood-based panels.

2016–2020: Soda BU Director at Ciech S.A., managing an integrated production and sales model
at four plants in Poland, Germany, and Romania.

Wojciech Kozak is a professional manager with more than 30 years of experience in the chemical and energy sectors, including administering production, power generation, and energy commodity procurement.

He holds a Master of Engineering degree from the Lublin University of Technology as well as graduating from an industrial energy auditing programme at the Silesian University of Technology.

An accomplished manager with 20 years of experience and extensive expertise in business administration, project management, and engineering (IT), Katarzyna Stasiak has worked for major chemical, defence, and pharmaceutical companies with complex corporate group structures, including in international environments.

She has a proven track record in leading IT, information security, technical facilities, asset and access management, audit, HR, and sales departments. Her skills include crafting and operationalising business strategies, change and risk management within complex and decentralised organisations, and conducting financial analysis. She has played an active role in the successful implementation of a range of large and intricate IT projects across various industries.

Ms Stasiak graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin as well as obtaining a postgraduate diploma in Multidimensional Statistical Analysis and Business Intelligence from the Warsaw School of Economics. She has completed numerous training programmes in strategic management, financial analysis, sales skills development, marketing, organisational change management (OCM), and risk management. She also holds several prestigious certifications, including SAP Activate Project Manager, PRINCE2® Foundation, ITIL® Foundation, and Cobit®5.
