
Within the next several dozen hours, following completion of the necessary analyses, Grupa Azoty will resume accepting orders for nitrogen fertilizers and return to standard cooperation on current market terms. In taking this decision, we must take into account both the interests of agricultural producers and our commercial partners, as well as the interests of the Company itself.

On 2 March 2026, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty appointed the new Management Board for the Company’s 13th term, appointing Marcin Celejewski as President of the Management Board and Małgorzata Królak as Vice President. At the same time, Aleksandra Machowicz-Jaworska, Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board, was delegated to act temporarily as Vice President of the Management Board for a period of up to three months. The new leadership is launching a phase of fundamental organizational renewal of Grupa Azoty—one of the key players in the European fertilizer and chemicals market—focused on restoring financial stability, maximizing the efficiency of industrial assets, and steering the business towards segments with the highest growth potential.

At the end of 2025, Grupa Azoty entered into a multi-year contract for the supply of NPK and NP compound fertilisers to the Scandinavian market with an experienced trading partner – Thoroe Nielsen A/S. The agreement represents an important element in the implementation of Grupa Azoty’s export sales development strategy and the continued strengthening of its presence in Northern Europe.

On 18 December, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Puławy adopted a resolution appointing, effective 1 January 2026, for a joint three-year term of the Management Board commencing on 1 January 2026: Mr Marcin Celejewski as a Member of the Management Board, entrusted with the function of President, and Mr Wojciech Kozak as a Member of the Management Board, entrusted with the function of Vice President for Technology and Production.

NITRO-CHEM S.A. and PROZAP Sp. z o.o. (a company within Grupa Azoty’s capital structure) have signed an agreement for the development of design documentation for a new installation dedicated to the production of high-energy explosive materials, including RDX (hexogen) and, alternatively, HMX (octogen). The documentation prepared by PROZAP will form the basis for the implementation of the investment at NITRO-CHEM S.A.’s facilities.

In the first three quarters of 2025, Grupa Azoty recorded revenues of PLN 10.04 billion, an increase of approx. 2.1% compared with PLN 9.83 billion in the corresponding period of 2024. The Group’s EBITDA improved from PLN -299 million to PLN 312 million, representing an increase of PLN 611 million. EBITDA excluding Grupa Azoty Polyolefins improved from PLN -186 million to PLN 346 million, an increase of PLN 532 million.
