A graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics and Business ,he also completed Executive MBA studies at the University of Gdańsk/Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, post-graduate Enterprise Value Management programme at the Warsaw School of Economics, and postgraduate studies in Tax Consultancy and Tax Management at the Wrocław University of Economics and Business.
From 2017 to 2022, he served on the management boards of private companies, including as President of the Management Board of ZM Silesia S.A., Boryszew Group (2020–2022).

From 2011 to 2012: Head of the Fertilizer Centre at Grupa Azoty S.A. responsible for the integration and consolidation of fertilizer sales processes at the Grupa Azoty Group (Tarnów, Kędzierzyn).

From 2003 to 2010, he was in charge of the controlling function at Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. at the level of the OXOPLAST Business Unit.

Graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology. He received his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
From 1981 to 2022, he was employed at the New Chemical Syntheses Institute in Puławy, where he advanced from the position of chemist all the way to associate professor.
He is a recognised chemical industry expert and authority on synthetic ammonia production. He also has long-standing experience in research work, specialising in the design and upgrade of technological systems for the production of synthesis gases, hydrogen, methanol, ammonia, and decarbonisation of chemical processes. He has invented a number of innovative technology solutions sold under licences and deployed within industrial settings both in Poland and abroad. He has authored numerous scientific publications and patents. As Head of the Development and Investment Division at Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. and director of the New Chemical Syntheses Institute, he has led teams involved in major investment and development projects.
His career also included many important roles at institutions associated with industry and science.
From 2008 to 2016, Cezary Możeński was a member of the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A., serving as its Chair.
In 2013–2016, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PKN Orlen S.A.
His roles over recent years included that of a member of the Scientific Board of the Institute of Chemical Engineering at the Polish Academy of Sciences, the General Council of Research Institutes, the Council of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry, the Chemical and Process Engineering Committee at the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the General Council of Science and Higher Education.

Attorney-at-law, with professional experience spanning both public and private sectors.
She is a lecturer at WSB Merito University teaching labour law, civil law, commercial law, and finance; In addition, she conducts training and audits in the fields of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) regulations and compliance with international financial sanctions – for business entities.
She has gained professional experience working at a bank, the Tax Inspection Authority in Warsaw, tax offices and her own attorney-at-law practice. She was Coordinator of the Team of Legal Advisors at the Polish Ministry of Finance and Poland’s representative on legal committees at the European Commission and Council of Europe. She has been involved in the lawmaking process, participating on numerous occasions in the work of Polish parliamentary committees. She provided AML training and consultancy services to institutions and businesses from Macedonia, Ukraine, Turkey and Bulgaria.
Agnieszka Kania also has experience acting as a litigation agent before civil and administrative courts.
She has completed a number of professional and managerial courses, including AML training organised by the Council of Europe and the International Monetary Fund, as well as a Legal MBA programme.
Currently she heads the Legal Department at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw, where her specialist focus is on civil law, economic law, labour law and public procurement.
