With two decades of experience in the chemical and fertilizer industries, Hubert Kamola also boasts international expertise in trading, logistics, and strategic raw materials. For numerous years, he has contributed to shaping regulations on trade protection instruments at the European level, initiating numerous pivotal solutions for the sector.
He holds a higher education degree, having graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Management at the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw, with a major in business management. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has participated in numerous courses and training sessions covering areas such as company valuation, due diligence, value building, and negotiation. Holder of the Minister of State Treasury’s diploma for candidates for Supervisory Boards. Languages: English and German. Married, with two sons.

With Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. since 1992, initially employed at the Ammonium Nitrate Production and Packing Department as a chemical process operator, then as a chemical process controller. Delegated to serve as Vice President of the NSZZ Solidarność trade union in 2012. He has served as President of NSZZ Solidarność since 2017.
