Jacek Janiszek, previously Vice President of the Management Board, was appointed President of the Management Board. Before making this appointment, the Supervisory Board removed Mariusz Bober as President of the Management Board and Zbigniew Gagat as Vice President of Management Board (both served on the Company’s Management Board from April 5th 2016). The Management Board of Grupa Azoty PUŁAWY is currently composed of three members: Jacek Janiszek (President of the Management Board), Krzysztof Homenda (Vice President of the Management Board) and Andrzej Skwarek (Vice President of the Management Board).

“My priorities will be to pursue further growth and strengthen the market position of Grupa Azoty Puławy as an economic engine in its region,” said the newly appointed President of the Board.

Jacek Janiszek graduated from the Radom University of Engineering and completed post-graduate programmes at the Łódź University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology of Kraków, and the Warsaw School of Economics.

Mr Janiszek has served on the Management Board of Grupa Azoty PUŁAWY since April 5th 2016. Prior to that he worked for Zakłady Azotowe Puławy for 12 years, holding various positions, including Head of the Corporate Organisation Department and Head of the Energy Centre. His professional roles also included serving as President of the Management Board of SIM Spółka Inżynierów Sp. z o.o. and Vice President of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Wykonawstwa Remontów i Inwestycji Remzap and other companies. Mr Janiszek was also Deputy Director of a public healthcare centre in Puławy.
