On June 11th 2013, the county authority’s office hosted a meeting between the interested parties and the chief designer, Energoprojekt Katowice SA, during which the participants discussed the Puławy Power Plant project and the scope of necessary administrative work. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Puławy Town authorities and Head of the Puławy Commune, which is where the Power Plant is to be located.

In the administrative process, other permits will be required for ancillary projects, such as road infrastructure or connection to the gas and power grids. Furthermore, the company must obtain a decision on the environmental conditions of the project. At present, Elektrownia Puławy is preparing all formal appendices to the application, including the environmental impact assessment report.
