On the same day, Hubert Kamola resigned from his position as a Member of the Company's Supervisory Board, effective May 7, 2024. Kamola had been serving on the Supervisory Board and, since April 12, 2024, had been delegated to temporarily perform the duties of President of the Management Board.

Since April 13, Kamola has also been the Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A., and since March 20, he has been a Supervisory Board Member delegated to perform the duties of Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.

Mr. Kamola has declared that his activities outside Grupa Azoty Puławy do not conflict with the Company's operations, and he is not involved in competitive companies as a partner in any form of partnership or as a member of governing bodies in other competitive entities. The Company received a statement from Mr. Kamola confirming he has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained by the National Court Register.
