Healthy Start

The guaranteed services and general insurance terms offered by LUX MED Ubezpieczenia were very attractive. The bespoke care package called ‘Healthy Start’ covers specialist consultations, diagnostics, outpatient treatment, vaccination, rehabilitation, and home visits.

Who can participate in the programme? The new programme is for all Grupa Azoty’s employees, their spouses, adult children (up to 25 years of age, provided they pursue education), and life partners.

A good deal

Currently, 26 entities participate in the project, including four leading companies of the Grupa Azoty Group. However, the agreement allows other Group companies to join the scheme in the future.

Previously, employee insurance contracts were executed separately by the individual Group companies. Consolidation will enable them to obtain much better insurance terms. LUX MED Ubezpieczenia was selected in a tender procedure.

The agreement has been executed for three years, and it comes into effect as of June 1st 2015.
