The resolutions took effect immediately upon adoption.

Simultaneously, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to delegate Supervisory Board Member Hubert Kamola to perform the duties of President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Puławy from the moment of the resolution's adoption until the appointment of a new President selected through a qualification process.

The current Management Board of Grupa Azoty Puławy is as follows:

• Hubert Kamola – Supervisory Board Member delegated to perform the duties of President of the Management Board
• Andrzej Skwarek – Member of the Management Board
