Grupa Azoty Concludes the "We Care for Polish Soil" Lottery
The 7th edition of the "We Care for Polish Soil" lottery, held under the slogan "The Best for the Best," has concluded. Anyone who made a single purchase of Grupa Azoty fertilizers worth at least PLN 1,000 gross between February 1 and April 30 was eligible to participate. This year's grand prize, a John Deere 5090M tractor, was awarded to Mr. Adam from the Lublin province, who purchased Pulan fertilizer for almost PLN 2,000 gross on the winning receipt.

Grupa Azoty Puławy Halts Melamine Production
The Management Board of Grupa Azoty Puławy has decided to temporarily halt melamine production. The biggest challenge at the moment are the costs associated with the primary raw material—natural gas—and energy prices related to emissions that non-EU producers do not bear. Grupa Azoty Puławy has secured an operational stock of melamine. Production will resume when an acceptable market price for melamine relative to production costs is achievable.

Grupa Azoty Signs New Agro Season Agreements
Grupa Azoty has completed its agreements in the Agro sector for the 2024/2025 season, signing a total of 66 contracts with its authorized distribution network for the domestic market. Internationally, a significant portion of sales is based on short-term agreements, while some cooperation is carried out under framework agreements.

In Q1 2024, Grupa Azoty reported consolidated sales revenues of PLN 3,399 million and an EBITDA of minus PLN 50 million, with an EBITDA margin of minus 1.5%. These results align with the estimated financial results published on May 21, 2024.

Grupa Azoty decides to cease publishing consolidated production volumes
Grupa Azoty has decided to stop publishing estimated production volumes. This decision was made, among other reasons, due to the lack of significant deviations in production volumes of Grupa Azoty companies in the recent period compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, while gradually increasing the utilization of production capacities within the Grupa Azoty S.A. Capital Group.

Hubert Kamola appointed President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Puławy
On May 7, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Puławy appointed Hubert Kamola as a Member of the Management Board, effective May 8, 2024, for the remaining duration of the three-year term starting on May 26, 2022. Mr. Kamola will take on the role of President of the Management Board.
