In Q1 2020, the Grupa Azoty Group reported consolidated revenue of PLN 3,104m, down 7.8 % on Q1 2019, which was a record-breaking period in the Group’s history. EBITDA and the EBITDA margin were PLN 476m and 15.3% as a result of a drop in average selling prices of products and low prices of gas.

Common position of Grupa Azoty S.A. and Grupa Azoty Puławy S.A. concerning changes on Grupa Azoty S.A. Management Board

At its meeting held on January 12th 2017, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. made changes to the composition of the Company’s Management Board.

On April 13th 2016, the Grupa Azoty Group concluded a new gas supply agreement with Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. Under the framework agreement and bilateral contracts, PGNiG is to supply natural gas to five companies of the Grupa Azoty Group, including the companies based in Tarnów, Puławy, Police and Kędzierzyn, as well as to Siarkopol. The agreement expires in September 2019. The total volume of supplies throughout its term may amount to as much as 4.5bn cubic metres and the value of the agreement is estimated at ca. PLN 3.3bn.

Grupa Azoty closed the 2015 FY with record-high results. Net profit reached nearly PLN 692m, up by PLN 427m year on year (2014: PLN 265m), and revenue was in excess of PLN 10bn, against PLN 9.9bn in 2014. Earnings per share went up over 160% on the previous year. EBIT and EBITDA margins, net of non-recurring events, came in at over 8% and nearly 14%, respectively.

One of Europe’s most advanced solid fertilizer production units has just come on stream. On Thursday, October 15th, Grupa Azoty Puławy officially launched a unit for the production of PULGRAN® / PULGRAN®S fertilizers, the final project under the New Fertilizer Complex programme worth over PLN 450m in total
