Changes on Grupa Azoty Puławy Management Board

On January 17th 2023, Renata Tyszer resigned from her position as Vice President and member of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Puławy. Furthermore, following resignation by Tomasz Hryniewicz from his position as President and member of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting held on January 17th 2023, appointed Justyna Majsnerowicz, who previously served as the Company’s Vice President, to act as President of the Management Board.

Changes in composition of Grupa Azoty and Grupa Azoty Puławy Management Boards

At its meeting held on January 16th 2023, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. passed a resolution to remove from the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. one of its Vice Presidents Mr Tomasz Hryniewicz. The resolution came into effect upon its adoption. At the same time, Grupa Azoty Puławy S.A. accepted a statement of resignation by Mr Tomasz Hryniewicz from the position of President of the Management Board and from membership of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Puławy S.A., effective January 16th 2023.

Agrochem Puławy becomes exclusive distributor of Compo Expert products in Poland

Agrochem Puławy, Poland’s leading distributor of fertilizers, and Compo Expert, an international manufacturer of foliar and speciality fertilizers, are joining forces to supply their customers with a complete range of fertilizer products. As a result, Agrochem Puławy has become the exclusive distributor of Compo Expert products in Poland starting from January 2023.

First edition of Grupa Azoty START programme

Ten applications have been selected for PLN 20,000 grants and twenty-three applications – for PLN 7,500 grants in the first edition of the Grupa Azoty START programme. Financial support of over PLN 370,000 in total will go to 33 entities in six provinces.

Grupa Azoty’s Kędzierzyn-based subsidiary officially opens new Research and Development Centre

Grupa Azoty ZAK’s Research and Development Centre has officially launched its operations in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The project worth PLN 39m will significantly enhance the research and development capabilities of the company and the entire Grupa Azoty Group. The opening of the Research and Development Centre is an important part of the Grupa Azoty Group’s strategy that aims to provide high-quality new and improved products and preserve a long-term competitive advantage. EU funding was obtained for the project.

Grupa Azoty supports sports activities for children and teenagers

The conclusion of up to fifty agreements for a total amount of up to PLN 500,000 is the main objective of the Grupa Azoty START Programme, under which companies of the Grupa Azoty Group are to engage with schools or sports institutions to support them in the provision of training for children and teenagers aged 5 to 19.
