MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENTS
Grupa Azoty Puławy will supply Kronopol with PULREA (urea) and melamine for the next five years under contracts worth an estimated PLN 770m. The contracts have been concluded for a period of five years, until the end of 2019. Under the agreement, Grupa Azoty PUŁAWY, Europe’s leading producer of fertilizers and melamine, will supply Kronopol with PULREA (urea) and melamine, which are necessary in the manufacture of wood-based boards (MDF, OSB and chipboards).

„PUŁAWY” AMONG POLISH BUSINESS LEADERS
On January 24th, the 22nd Gala Ceremony of Polish Business Leaders was held at the National Opera House in Warsaw. The list of awarded companies included Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe PUŁAWY S.A., represented by Marian Rybak, President of its Management Board. The Company received a Diamond to accompany its Golden Statuette of Polish Business Leader.

INVENTION AWARDS
Two inventions in the caprolactam production technology developed jointly by Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. and the Industrial Chemistry Research Institute (Instytut Chemii Przemysłowej) have been awarded silver medals at international trade events.

On November 13th 2014, the Grupa Azoty Group held the largest-ever meeting with its trading partners from all of its business segments, including in particular international partners. The meeting took place in Serock near Warsaw.

A LEADER IN WORK SAFETY
The Selection Committee of the SAFE WORK LEADERS’ FORUM has awarded Grupa Azoty Puławy S.A. the Gold Card of Safe Work Leaders. Valid for 2015 and 2016, the Card is yet another distinction given to the Company in recognition of its efforts to promote safety at work.

PULAWY, PCG AND SOGDC (MALAYSIA) INKED A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
PETRONAS Chemical Group Berhad (PCG), Grupa Azoty Zaklady Azotowe “Pulawy” S.A. (Pulawy) and Sipitang Oil & Gas Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (SOGDC) inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today, to conduct a joint feasibility study for producing urea and ammonia derivatives in Sipitang Oil & Gas Industrial Park (SOGIP) in Sabah, Malaysia.
